Hey Everyone! I am from a small town in Maryland and a huge football fan, GO RAVENS! I have been living in South Florida for almost 8 years. My fiancé and I travel a lot so look out for my reviews and write ups.
Well, for the past 11 years now I have been shaping young minds as an educator in the wonderful New York State education system (sarcasm is a skill btw) as well as coaching high school boys soccer. One of the many life long and of course valuable lessons I tell my students about the real world, besides of how being an “adult” sucks is that every day is Groundhogs Day. That monotony can and will rule your life. How do I like to break things up and “escape” from routine? Sports! Really, what is better than sports and competition? That knowing that someone is trying to take you down and they can’t beat you. I admit, I sit in envy watching sports, but don’t most washed up former athletes?! And what is possibly the best part about sports? Oh yeah, you can bet on them! Parents are right, winning isn’t everything and it’s not always important to win. However, it IS important that you cover the spread! I appreciate the interest and hope you enjoy my attempt at breaking up your monotony.
Just another post-grad 20 something trying to make it in the professional world - transitioning from the "WTF happened last night?" lifestyle to a "WTF is going on in the world around me?" I am a regular small town girl who lives to have fun. After a long work week you can bet I'm dressed up sipping martinis on Friday's but housing wings and drinking beer in sweats on Sunday's - the modern day Marilyn Monroe... sort of!
I majored in English, and have a degree in Broadcast Journalism, but work in a completely unrelated field. My hope is to put my degree to use, but more importantly to inform and entertain you.
I'd I'm not ready to reveal myself because well, in case I cross the line, I'd still like to show my face in church and give your Grandma a hug.
